Prizes
The featured prizes of the 2010 LCI All-Season Tournament presented by Apple Island Resort and Marina will be drawn from a Cash Prize Pool created by allocating 40% of the value of all 2010 LCI All-Season Tournament presented by Apple Island Resort and Marina registrations sold. After tournament close, 90% of the contents of the Cash Prize Pool will be dispersed to the fifteen 2010 Monthly Prize winners by order of the highest point values of the five winning entries within each division. The remaining 10% of the Cash Prize Pool will be awarded to the Lonely Lunker Prize.

The Lonely Lunker Prize
It seems that, over the past couple of years, anyway—some extremely lovely catches, such as Brian Bashaw's 9.57-lb Walleye in 2007, and Earl Hatch's 13.46 lb Lake Trout in 2006, went unrewarded because they happened to be caught, due to unfortunate timing, during a month when another large entry just edged them out. The absence of a 2nd Place Monthly Winner leaves such lunkers in the dust and lonely. Therefore, in 2010, the final 10% of the cash prize pool will be awarded to the registrants who weigh in the highest-point fish of any eligible species in each division that does not win a monthly prize.

Cash Prize Pool*

  • 40% of all registration monies: $11,259.31
  • 1st place: 33.33% of cash prize pool ($3,377.79 among warm, cool and cold water)
  • 2nd-5th places: $6,755.58 among warm, cool and cold water (23.33% for 2nd place, descending in steps to 11.11% for 5th place)
