All clothing and auction sales are final, non-refundable and non-returnable.

Father’s Day Derby Registrations
Requests for refunds due to duplicate registration purchase will be considered only if made in writing and postmarked on or before June 30, 2010. Requests for refunds for any other reason must be made in writing, submitted with the registration to be nullified and must be postmarked on or before May 31, 2010.

All Season Tournament Registrations
Requests for refunds due to duplicate registration purchase will be considered only if made in writing and postmarked on or before September 3, 2010.

Bass Open Registrations
No refunds, unless the application is refused.
